1. Application and approval

Supplier accounts and each product listing are reviewed separately. No listing may be published until approved by Classy Deal Ke.

2. Accurate product information

You must provide accurate product descriptions, images, supplier prices, available quantities and minimum order quantities (MOQ), and update us when these change.

3. Orders and fulfilment

You are responsible for genuine stock, product quality and fulfilling orders that meet the accepted MOQ and agreed order terms. Do not substitute or misrepresent products.

4. Verification and compliance

You authorise us to review submitted business registration and KRA documents for supplier verification. Keep your business information current and lawful.

5. Listing moderation

We may reject, pause or remove listings that are inaccurate, unavailable, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with marketplace policies.

6. Pricing and settlement

You submit the supplier price; Classy Deal Ke sets the customer-facing selling price. Commission, settlement timing, payment splitting and withdrawals will be separately agreed before those payment features are enabled.

7. Privacy

We use your details and verification documents for application review, account administration and marketplace operations. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
